§ 8-5-4. Drive-in/carry-out restaurants.

A.

License Required. It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of Drive-In/Carry-Out Restaurant without obtaining a license therefore.

B.

Regulations. The applicant shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Department of Code Enforcement including inspection before issuance of license.
