§ 5-8-2. Director of Human Resources Management.

There is hereby created the office of Director of Human Resources Management, who shall have management, control and supervision over all employees assigned to this Department subject to the supervision of the Village Manager. He shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Village Manager and shall be under the direct supervision of the Village Manager. He shall perform all such duties as enumerated in the Municipal Code, or other Village ordinances, and such other duties as may be assigned or required of him by the Village Manager.
