§ 8-3-24. Employment of minors.

A.

No holder of a Class "A", "AA, "B", "C", "D", "DD", "E", "F" and "I" license shall employ any person under the age of 21 years to prepare or mix any alcoholic beverage and no holder of a Class "A", "AA", "B", "C", "D", "DD", "E", "F" and "I" license shall employ any person under the age of 18 to sell, deliver or give any alcoholic beverage.

B.

No holder of a Class "J" license shall employ any person under the age of twenty-one (21) to sell, or offer for sale Alcoholic Liquor at retail on the premises specified for such license.
