§ 7-5-13. Festival prohibitions.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly:
A.

Permit an animal as defined by Section 7-6-2-A upon the grounds of a festival sponsored by the Village or upon Village grounds during a festival except for a guide dog.

B.

Possess any glass bottle upon the grounds of a festival sponsored by the Village or upon Village grounds during a festival except that licensed vendors and contractors may possess glass bottles and licensed vendors may dispense from a glass bottle.
