§ 7-11-1. Illinois Criminal Code.

The Illinois Criminal Code, current edition, is hereby adopted by reference for the following sections:
A.

Mob action. That portion of Article 25, Mob Action, 720 ILCS 5/25-1, applicable to Class B or Class C misdemeanors.

B.

Disorderly Conduct. That portion of Article 26, Disorderly Conduct, 720 ILCS 5/26-1 through 5/26-5, applicable to Class B or Class C misdemeanors.

C.

Cannabis Control Act. That portion of Act 550, the Cannabis Control Act, 720 ILCS 550/1 through 550/19, applicable to Class B or Class C misdemeanors.
