§ 6-5-13. Violation—Penalty.

The fines and penalties which shall be imposed for vehicles violating the automated traffic law enforcement system for red light violations shall be as follows:

Initial Fine:

Upon service of violation notice and at the First Hearing Date:	$100.00
Upon Default or Failure to Request Adjudication:	200.00
