§ 6-4-4. Violation—Penalty.

Latest version.

The violation of any provision of the traffic code prohibiting or restricting vehicular standing or parking, establishing a compliance violation, or an automated traffic law violation, shall be a civil offense punishable by fine only, as listed in Section 6-2-1-HE-16-104 of the Hoffman Estates Municipal Code.
