§ 5-5-7. Sworn personnel.

The sworn personnel of the Police Department shall consist of one Chief of Police; two Assistant Chiefs of Police; six reduced to five upon attrition) Lieutenants; 14 (reduced to 11 upon attrition) Sergeants and 74 Patrol Officers.
