§ 4-5-1. Adoption of state code.

Latest version.

Division 2.1 of state law entitled Board of Fire and Police Commission (65 ILCS 5/10-2.1 et. seq.) as amended is hereby adopted by reference. In case of any conflicts, except for provisions of 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-6.3, the following provision of this Article 5 shall be given full force and effect and shall prevail.
